A seasoned communicator and trouble-shooter, Kristi has more than 15 years’ experience working within the Western Australian Government, as well as project delivery and public affairs experience across a range of industries in the private sector.
Her can-do attitude, insider knowledge of the workings of government and enthusiasm for policy have made her a highly valued member of the Mills Wilson team. With razor-sharp analytical skills, an eye for detail and a nose for a great (or not so great) story, Kristi thrives under pressure – a good thing too as she spent a decade working on some of Perth’s most significant redevelopment projects including Elizabeth Quay, Yagan Square and the revitalisation of Scarborough. These projects involved extensive stakeholder and community engagement, planning and environmental approvals, crisis communications and strategic media relations and were delivered in an evolving period of digital communications.
Kristi loves a good downpour of rain, the sound of old vinyl records and the opportunity to put a smile on kids’ faces – she’s been volunteering with international children’s charity Radio Lollipop for more than 10 years now.
Kristi has been a Director on the Radio Lollipop Australia Board since 2015 and served as the organisation’s Western Australian Chairperson between 2010 and 2013.
